HAD CLOSED TO NEW CLIENTS DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS. ON JULY 25, 2002 THE BBB WAS INFORMED BY JANET KAY AND ASSOCIATES THAT THE
MERGER OF HER COMPANY AND HELPING HANDS LITERARY SERVICE HAD FAILED AND THE TWO COMPANIES WERE TO BE CONSIDERED SEPARATE ENTITIES.
